Referral Agencies

 Depending on a client's personal circumstances, the following agencies may be able to refer to GFRC.

You must contact one of these agencies for referral to GFRC.  They will need to see proof of benefits received.   The referral agencies will then complete a form on your behalf and forward this to GFRC. 

GFRC will then contact you directly to arrange an appointment to view the furniture.

If you are a referral agency which is not listed and would like to be, please download the Registration Form below and email or fax the completed document back to GFRC. 

Also attached is a copy of the Guidance Notes for referring clients to GFRC and a copy of the Guidance Notes for clients.
